These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or representing a corporate entity, "Client") and Honey Universal Digital Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your access to and use of our translation, localization, and interpretation services.

By requesting a quotation, booking an interpreter session, signing an estimate, or submitting documents for translation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

Honey Universal Digital Private Limited delivers enterprise-grade language solutions, including:

All official estimates provided in writing remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of quotation. A project is officially commissioned upon receipt of written confirmation (email approval, signed estimate, purchase order, or advance payment where applicable).

Estimates are based on word count, source language difficulty, turnaround speed, and formatting requirements for translations; or duration, language rarity, and modality for interpretation sessions. Any subsequent addition of text or scope changes will be invoiced pro-rata.

Because professional interpreters reserve dedicated time slots and decline other bookings:

• On-Site Bookings: Subject to a 2-hour or half-day minimum booking fee depending on venue logistics and travel radius.
• Cancellation Window:
  • Notice provided more than 48 hours prior: No cancellation fee.
  • Notice provided between 24 and 48 hours: 50% of the scheduled session fee applies.
  • Notice provided under 24 hours or "No Show": 100% of the scheduled booking fee applies.
• Document Translations: Once translation production has commenced, cancellation entitles the Company to billing for all word counts translated up to the formal timestamp of cancellation.

For remote interpretation (VRI/OPI), the Client is responsible for ensuring stable broadband connectivity, noise-cancelling audio headsets, and functional virtual meeting environments.

For specialized technical, medical, or legal conferences, the Client agrees to provide reference glossaries, speaker agendas, and presentation slides at least 48 hours in advance to allow interpreters necessary terminology preparation.

We adhere strictly to ISO 17100:2015 translation workflow requirements. Every delivered document is reviewed by certified native linguists.

The Client retains full, unconditional ownership of all source materials submitted. Upon full and final settlement of all invoiced amounts, all copyright and intellectual property rights in the final translated deliverables transfer exclusively to the Client.

Honey Universal Digital Private Limited retains ownership of its internal linguistic assets, custom Translation Memories (TM), term bases, workflow software, and proprietary project portals.

• Enterprise Credit Terms: Approved corporate accounts operate on Net 15 or Net 30 payment terms as specified in their formal service order. Individual retail orders require prepayment.
• Applicable Taxes: Invoices issued in India are subject to statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) at prevailing rates. International exports of services may be zero-rated in compliance with IGST provisions.
• Late Settlement: Overdue amounts past the agreed term are subject to interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permissible by law.

Our vetted pool of conference interpreters and specialized translators represents years of rigorous recruitment, testing, and credential verification.

The Client covenants that during the term of engagement and for a period of twelve (12) months thereafter, it shall not directly or indirectly solicit, contract, hire, or engage any interpreter or linguist introduced to the Client by Company without prior written consent and payment of a standard placement fee.

Interpretation is an instantaneous verbal cognitive process. While we provide certified, highly skilled professionals, neither party shall be held liable to the other for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Company's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any individual service order shall strictly not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that specific assignment.
